Poznan's Grunwald continues to attract a lot of interest among those searching for their new apartment.
This is not surprising – there, you can find a combination of proximity to nature (Marceliński Forest) and well-developed retail and service infrastructure together with the availability of public transport (several tram lines).
In the first stage of the Smoluchowskiego 3 investment, there are 124 flats, which quickly found their future residents (last few flats from stage 1 on sale).
We have prepared a continuation of the project – stage II of Smoluchowskiego 3 – in which 88 flats will be built. The building will have an underground garage, bicycle storage rooms, bicycle boxes and external bicycle racks.
