CSR/Awards
We have been building since 2004 but our activities are not solely related to creating your unique home. With each new investment, we try to support local initiatives, renovate the neighbourhood and actively support charity actions. Some of our activities have been appreciated not only on the Poznań market but also nationwide, which has given us the opportunity to win interesting distinctions and awards.
On April 21, 2023, together with PZFD Poznań, we cleaned up the world! Armed with garbage bags and good moods, together we cleaned the green surroundings of the Golęcin Forest. The entire event ended with games and workshops for children. After all, it is worth cultivating ecological values from the youngest generations! We would like to thank the Polish Association of Developer Companies for the invitation to participate.
Together with the companies of the Konimpex Group (Konimpex, Konimpex Chemicals, Fermintrade), we decided to support the citizens of Ukraine.
Together we donated PLN 625,000. PLN 🤝. The financial resources will cover the cost of purchasing power generators that will ensure electricity supply in places where it is needed most.
The Adalberto investment was listed among premium and luxury properties in Poland.
We received first place in the ranking of the best investments in Poznan from the portal rynekpierwotny.pl
We participate in the noble “Developers for Children” campaign supporting children from public and family children's homes and professional foster families.
For many years, we have supported the “OTWARCIE” FOUNDATION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE.
We have rebuilt Podgórze Street. The asphalt surface was replaced – completion in 2016.
We co-financed the playground at Jasna Rola street – realisation in 2017.
We rebuilt the pavement and carried out numerous greenery plantings in the square at Dowbora Muśnickiego street and Mostowa street – realisation in 2018.
We reconstructed the pavement and planted decorative plants at Umińskiego Kosińskiego street – realisation in 2019.
We rebuilt and replaced the pavement surface of Podgórze/Św. Wojciech street – realisation in 2021.
We renovated the facade of the tenement house at 27 Święty Wojciech street – realisation in 2021.
We signed participation agreements regarding:
